Refunds, Store Credit & Returns Policy

Our refund/store credit and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase(Online will be 3 days), we can’t offer you a full refund. Drop off will give you store credit or refund. You must pickup or reship your items back to you if you don’t agree with policy. Shipping label will be send in via e-mail. If you don’t send it on 5th day from request this label will be voided. Any item other than the purchased item is returned will void the return & deemed abonnement item. No store credit or refund. The items are relisted & can be resold.

The items can be returned to seller on the seller shipping expense. If you return, amount seller paid for shipping will cover the return. Store credit will be given full amount. If an item is NOT AS DESCRIBED, WRONG ITEM a full refund will be returned on orginal processed. If you decide to return an item during shipping process. I can only STORE CREDIT item price. (You must wait till seller receive the item on refuse the item for a refund.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Handmade yarn goods such scarf, tops, & blankets cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate with tags.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • PDF patterns
  • Any item listed NO RETURNS.

To complete your return, we require a written consent from seller by message.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. (These are resale clothing & accessories)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Depreciation will be use during partial funds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credit or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If damaged during shipping, please contact me for refund. I will need proof of damage item with shipping package.

To return your product,

You will be responsible for shipping correctly. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Half shipping price are given due to not describe or ship wrong item. If you receive a refund, the cost of the item is return. 50% Store credit & 50% refund will be given on “does not fit” . Optional returns are available if wrong item or not describe.

Free shipping on that item will be 70% refund due to shipping cost.
